These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tellme web app operated by Tellme AI Limited. By accessing or using the Tellme web app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Tellme web app.

Our public website may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregated use of the site. GA4 runs only if you consent to analytics cookies, as set out in the Privacy Policy and our cookie controls.

2. The Tellme Service

Tellme provides an AI-powered web app designed to enhance visitor experiences in venues and cultural spaces. We may change or update the service at any time and may suspend or withdraw access without notice for maintenance or other reasons.

3. Access and Accounts

You may access the Tellme web app through a supported browser. No user account is required. You may provide an email for receipts or future features. You are responsible for ensuring anyone who uses the app on your device complies with these Terms.

4. Payments and Refunds

Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed by a third-party processor; Tellme does not store card details. You may request a refund by contacting support@tell-me.ai within 14 days of the transaction.

5. Use of the Web App

You must use the Tellme web app only for lawful purposes. You agree not to copy or distribute the app, use it for unauthorised commercial purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or introduce harmful material. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided for general information and entertainment only and should not be relied on as factual advice. We do not guarantee that AI-generated information is correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Tellme web app belong to or are licensed to Tellme AI Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the web app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Inputs you submit may be used to operate and improve the service; you do not acquire ownership of AI-generated outputs.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Tellme AI Limited and its officers and employees from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the web app or breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tellme AI Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or data; errors in content; or failure or interruption of service. The web app is provided "as is" and "as available".

10. Links and Third-Party Content

The Tellme web app may include links to third-party websites or content. Tellme has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
